You would think that our military personnel, who could be risking their lives for us, would need the best nutrition to be able to do their job and function well both physically and mentally. Given these results, it makes us wonder how many of our veterans who have PTSD might have been helped by having a nutritious diet with enough minerals and vitamins. Please share.
