Our MONTHLY weekday Wine Country Rides are open to our current members and sponsored guests, as well as new riders in need of a sponsor. Come learn some Wine Country trails while riding with members of our TEWR Board of Directors.
The rides are small in number and perfect for ride planning teams from other SoCal clubs to join and learn Temecula trail loops, using some private trail easements and the county’s trails network.
You may join a ride, free from paying annual dues, as our guest. If the club is a good fit for you and your horse and a board member rider offers to sponsor you, you can join the club. Visit our website for membership information.
Experienced trail riders plan to meet in your rigs in the Wilson Creek Winery main parking lot nearest Hilt Rd. at 9:00AM on Thursday June 11, ride will start at 9:30AM, or earlier if ready.
You MUST have a TEWR waiver on file (valid for one year) write the ride date in the box that asks for your club sponsor’s name. Complete our club waiver here http://temeculaeqwineriders.com/complete-our-waiver.php before texting your RSVP to 951-515-9964. Current members please text your RSVP as well so you can be informed if there are any changes.
Weekday riding has less sensory, traffic and crowds in Wine Country, totally worth a day off. HAPPY TRAILS!

🚨 BREAKING: California Highway Patrol has officially found a new way to enforce the speed limit. 🐎🌴☀️
Drivers crossing into California expected beaches, palm trees, scenic highways, and endless traffic…
What they didn’t expect?
A CHP officer on horseback holding a radar gun beside a giant “Welcome to California — The Golden State” sign. 😭
Somewhere along the coast, a speeding driver checked the mirror expecting flashing lights…
Instead, they found themselves being pursued by pure horsepower. 💀
Witnesses say confusion spread immediately.
“Is that a horse?”
“Is that a radar gun?”
“Can that thing legally issue tickets?”
Authorities have not confirmed whether the horse qualifies as a patrol vehicle, but residents say it’s still moving faster than rush-hour traffic in Los Angeles. 🚔😂
Only in California can traffic enforcement look like a Wild West movie sponsored by palm trees, ocean views, and a 65 MPH speed limit sign. 🌊🌴🤠
