What you should expect when you work for Horizon Solar Power

● $1,000.00 Bi-weekly, a non-recoverable draw for first 30 days of employment
Gas mileage reimbursement
Paid Cell phone and personal laptop reimbursement
● 30 days of in-depth solar sales training
● Aggressive compensation package
● Generous Compensation Plan - Target compensation is $75k/year; top consultants earned $150k+ last year

What we expect from our Energy Consultants
● Open availability to self-generate a high volume of in-home leads
● Knowledge of basic computer skills
● Kitchen table closers
● Motivated, goal orientated, organized, positive and professional demeanor
● Must have your own transportation, and laptop
● Must be coachable, and able to follow instructions
● Willing to follow our proven sales methods
