At 18 years old I was hit by a truck while riding my motorcycle on the freeway which ended up paralyzing me.
Since my spinal cord injury in 2001, I’ve always tried to attempt to do the same activities that I used to do. My prosthetic legs are super beat up and duct taped up because I’ve put them through hell these last couple years.😂 Even though I had a hard time keeping them on I still managed to get up on a wakeboard for the first time since my accident! 🤘

Next time you’re having a bad day and you’re complaining about something in your life, just remember there are people out there that are really going through something super tough. Life is always going to be an up and down rollercoaster ride. Be thankful for your life because bad things happen to all of us on the daily. My man Shane lost both of his arms and instead of complaining he chooses to race mountain bikes on the daily. He inspires me to be a better person every time I see him.
