Sacred Touch is more than just a massage workshop — it’s an intimate journey to strengthen your bond. Here, partners learn to offer and receive healing touch with presence, intention, trust, and care.

In this guided workshop, you and your partner will:

✨️Learn simple, effective massage techniques to relieve tension and promote relaxation.

✨️Explore the principles of sacred touch and grounding energy.

✨️Practice breathwork, presence, and attunement to one another’s needs.

✨️Strengthen your emotional and physical connection in a safe, supportive space.

Whether you’re brand new to massage or just looking to reconnect, this workshop will leave you both feeling relaxed, empowered, and more deeply in tune.

What to bring-
-1 flat sheet
-1 blanket
-water to hydrate before and after class

What to wear-
-Upper Body- We recommend a loose, comfortable shirt or top, as we will be working on each other's bare backs. Disrobing from the waist up will be necessary, but will ensure it is done privately to maintain personal comfort. You will be wrapped in a sheet before proceeding to your massage station, and your partner will assist in keeping you covered.
-Lower Body- While your shorts or pants will remain on, please opt for shorts or loose-fitting pants that can be easily rolled up to expose your calves.
