Enjoying a little downtime right now, but excited for what next week brings. It’s only January, foundation season for the rest of the year. Kinda wild that some people are already racing this weekend, but zero FOMO here. I’m giving myself a couple of months to get back on a real fitness track 🎯

Winter is the time to put your head down, grind hard, and keep your goals close.

After a full week of indoor training, closed pools, working from home, and icy roads, I have to remind myself now and then where I want to be come summer.

Still, I’m right on track. Hit my second-best 30-minute power today. But my soul is definitely looking for a bit more fresh air and sunny hot days 🩷

New year, eyes on new goals. The work starts now 📈

2026 goals:
🎯 Sub 1h swim in an IRONMAN
🎯 Running a stand alone marathon in 2h45min
🎯 Podium in a 70.3 or IRONMAN
🎯 Getting married 👰🏼‍♀️

Writing goals down is uncomfortable but it keeps the focus locked in during the winter grind.

NEW BIKE DAY 🎄

It took a little time to get her fully dialed in, but here she is 💜

Almost ready to hit the road. One final bike-fit session next week with to fine-tune the last details, and then she’s officially ride-ready.

Switching from pink to purple was a bit of a gamble, but I’m absolutely in love 😍
