âđ˝ Built on Integrity
One thing I always prayed for was purpose đđ˝
With everything that Iâve created professionally. Purpose was always important to me. And after 7 years of building business #1, I finally landed here.. at The Healing Tree Collective đł
What feels to me like my ultimate purpose in life â¤ď¸
We are all creatives. We were born to create.. and everyday, we are creating.
We create our reality. We create our story. We create art. We create memories.. we create relationships.. we create businesses.. we create our life every single day.
And one thing that has become more clear to me and a question to ask yourself.. is where am I creating this from?
What story am I creating and where is it coming from?
Thatâs where this journey of self discovery comes into play and is so key đ
Am I creating from scarcity or am I creating from abundance?
Am I creating from fear.. or from love?
Am I creating from the need to prove myself⌠or from the desire to serve?
Am I creating this because this is WHO I AM and this is what I believe?
Thatâs why this work matters so much because the things that humans create are so critical to our future generations.. thatâs why spaces like this have been so magical and transformational.
Because they allow us to peel away the layers and discover WHO WE ARE, WHAT WE LOVE and WHAT WE BELIEVE IN â¤ď¸
More connected to your heart.. You create differently.
You love differently.
You lead differently.
You live differently.
And I believe the more we are all connected to our hearts, the more we are connected to each other and together we can create beautiful things in the world that spread love â¤ď¸

Itâs kind of amazing when you really stop and think about itâŚ
One of the most powerful tools for helping your body calm down, process emotions, and reconnect with itself has been with you your entire life.
Your breath.
Most of us never learned how to use it intentionally. We breathe every day, but very few of us were ever taught that changing the way we breathe can change the way we feel.
Gentle breathwork helps move energy through the body, regulate the nervous system, and create space for emotions that may have been held beneath the surface. It isnât about forcing anything to happen. Itâs about giving your body the opportunity to do what it already knows how to do.
And thatâs why we love it!
Your breath goes wherever you go.
Itâs always there, ready to support you.
Come learn with us. You might be surprised by how something so simple can make such a meaningful difference â¤ď¸

Why combine tuning forks with a sound bath?
Because they each support the body in a different way.
Our nervous systems are constantly taking in information.
This class is designed to offer your nervous system a different kind of input.
Tuning forks produce precise vibrations that are applied near or directly on the body. Those gentle vibrations provide focused sensory input that can help the brain shift its attention away from stress and toward the present moment.
Many people describe the experience as deeply grounding, calming, and centering.
A sound bath works differently.
Instead of focused vibration on specific areas of the body, crystal singing bowls fill the entire space with soothing layers of sound. Rather than trying to quiet your thoughts, the sound gives your mind something gentle to follow.
As your attention settles into the sound, the body often begins to soften, breathing slows, muscles relax, and the nervous system has an opportunity to move toward a more restful state.
The tuning forks provide localized vibration that helps the body feel grounded and organized, while the sound bath creates an immersive environment that encourages the entire system to relax.
You donât need to believe in anything or have previous experience to benefit.
If youâve been feeling overwhelmed, mentally exhausted, emotionally drained, or simply havenât had an hour to truly unplug⌠this class was created for you.
Join us this Tuesday with both Nereyda and Salena for an intentional evening of rest and calm â¤ď¸

Crecimos aprendiendo a seguir adelante.â¨A trabajar duro.â¨A resolver.
Ahora nosotros podemos comenzar a crear herramientas nuevas.
