This client had been dealing with front hip pain. Mainly due to overactive quad and hip flexor muscles during exercise. We decided to run a test to measure hip extension before and after our session.
We worked on the quad, adductors, and hip flexors. The before pic shows a limited range of motion through hip extension due to tight front hip. The after shows almost a foot greater range of motion and better glute activation by undoing the attachments of the front hip.
