Starting the year off strong with an awesome gift from one of my gym friends at . A whole liver from a smaller elk he killed here in beautiful Arizona. After being introduced to the plethora of nutritional benefits liver offers by I know that game meat is the holy grail of nutrition and liver is the holy grail of organ meat so Im feeling extra blessed 🙏. I have a little over 6 pounds and Im going to try as much as I can with it and let yall know how it goes. The smell alone is much stronger than store bought beef liver so I imagine the taste will follow.
