Hans Olson dropped by Yup headquarters today and surprised us with a quirky bit of Arizona music history....some of the charred remains of his tour van from the 1978 Arcosanti fire! Over a hundred cars burned up that day (dubbed "the carbeque"), and unfortunately Hans's tour van was among the mix, full of his equipment and multiple beloved guitars. Major bummer, but thanks for sharing the memories, Hans!
