Our Story

True Flavor Kitchen specializes in meal preparation, exclusively catering to university students’ health, nutrition, and holistic wellness. At True Flavor Kitchen we maintain the philosophy that a meal’s MICROnutrients are equally important to MACROnutrients, taking “ you are what you eat” to the next level. All meals are cooked with fresh ingredients and spices, intentionally excluding chemicals like vegetable oils and sugars in the preparation of students’ food. Meals are delivered in BPA-free microwavable containers that are easily stored, reheated and delivered in a convenient manner directly to students’ doorsteps. With busy schedules and coveted social lives, the decision to eat healthy should be quick and painless and True Flavor Kitchen seeks to give a whole new meaning to student-style dining!
