The TCE electric parking brake conversion kit is hitting customers doorsteps daily with much success 👍

However a recent internet expert 🙄 has called into question the proper fitment of this caliper. So I figured I'd take a minute and put your mind at ease letting you know that what you see is in fact correct.

The EPB system uses an oversized caliper mounting height. *Because of that you cannot use this caliper on an 11.75-in rotor and still fit it inside a 15 in wheel. For this reason today we would offers a number of 11.0 in diameter rotors to do that. The EPB pad is very short.

Nevertheless.... Rest assured that the mounting height shown is with pad flush to the edge of the disc as it's intended to be. But if you wish to change it a little bit within the adjustability range of the bracket: move it down a tad. *Before the slide pins rub the rotor.
