Super excited about our recent merge! Anita and I, two neighbors and previous Tempe yoga studio owners, have joined forces to create an accessible and welcoming yoga/wellness studio (NEC Kyrene/Warner)! We have been helping people feel better in their bodies since 2001. We teach all ages/levels of ability, many clients are over 40, and are healing from injuries (or want to prevent them). We are here for you—small group classes and privates! Attend class around the corner or from anywhere in the country!

Congrats 🎉 to our HO HOliday Challengers❣️ Their dedication to attend zoom Zen Weights classes Holistic Yoga and complete side challenges during the busy holiday season is inspiring!! Niecy (AZ), April (AZ), Sandy (WA), and Rene (IL) made it to the GOLD 🥇level, Susan (WA) & Diane (IL) made it to the SILVER 🥈level, and Serena (AZ) & Reba (AZ) made it to the BRONZE 🥉level! So proud of our ladies⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! Out of town challengers had their gifts and diplomas mailed to them. Can’t wait to start our two month challenge soon. Details this week!
