Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and professional Property & Casualty Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. This is a full-time, in-office position with no remote work. The ideal candidate is licensed in P&C, Life & Health insurance or willing to obtain their license before starting.

Responsibilities:

Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.

Provide consultative sales by assessing client needs and presenting appropriate insurance solutions.

Manage client relationships and maintain a high level of customer service.

Quote, bind, and service insurance policies while adhering to company and carrier guidelines.

Meet or exceed sales and performance goals set by the agency.

Qualifications:

Active Property & Casualty, Life & Health Insurance License (or willingness to become licensed prior to hire).

Previous insurance sales or related customer service experience preferred.

Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Proficiency with computers and insurance quoting systems.
