1968 Ford Mustang GT500 KR: Ford introduced the all-new Shelby Cobra GT500 KR in April of 1968, claiming “King of the Road” status through their KR moniker. The 428 Cobra Jet V8 engine produces 335 horsepower and 440 pound-foot of torque, achieving a quarter mile time of 14.8 seconds and quickly accelerating the GT500 KR from 0-60 miles-per-hour (mph) in a time of 6.5 seconds.

1969 Dodge Charger R/T: Arguably one of the most popular classic muscle cars, the 1969 Dodge Charger R/T is equipped with a 440 Magnum engine, producing 375 horsepower linked to a three-speed TorqueFlite automatic transmission. Based on the prior year’s exterior design, the 1969 Charger offered stylistic updates such as the iconic recessed grille divided vertically in the center, restyled tail lights, and square safety reflectors.
