We did a walkthrough with a group of investors visiting from Japan to see the exciting progress on ATLAS Exchange — Building D, a 40,000-square-foot build-to-suit for a Fortune 500 company in Mesa. Situated on 6 acres within the ATLAS Exchange campus, this project is a purpose-built space designed to perform for the long term and customized to the exact needs of the tenant

We just wrapped up our 20-week Sun State Builders Wellness Challenge. Five months of stepping, moving and building healthier habits as a team. Our people showed up for themselves and for each other, and that deserves to be celebrated.
