Developing Workers
We care for and equip ministry leaders locally, globally and virtually.

Discipleship happens through relationships.
Elijah and Kennedi are with a team in Slovakia and during their English Camp, 155 children and their families heard the hope of the gospel. But some of the most meaningful moments happened beyond the scheduled activities.
Conversations over coffee opened doors for spiritual questions. Young people sought out opportunities to learn more about Jesus. Local ministry leaders were encouraged and strengthened as they faithfully serve their growing community. Missionaries were refreshed, and new church planting efforts continue to take root.
This is what lasting impact looks like—not just sharing the gospel, but walking alongside people up close, personal, and over time.
Please pray:
• For more youth leaders to serve and be discipled as the ministry continues to grow.
• For Michal, who is asking thoughtful questions about faith and seeking truth.
• For the local church and ministry leaders as they continue making disciples in their community.
When leaders are cared for and equipped, they are empowered to invest in others—and that’s how disciple-making movements grow.

Healthy leadership isn’t just about sharing knowledge—it’s about modeling a life that others can follow 💥
At Developing Workers, we believe discipleship happens through relationships, where leaders are cared for, equipped, & encouraged to invest in the next generation.

Walking in the Light Devo
📖 1 John 1:5–10
“Freedom can be found in the darkest of times if we remember to turn to the Light.”
God is light, and in Him there is no darkness. Through Jesus, we’re invited to step out of hiding and into the freedom of His grace.
Walking in the light doesn’t mean living a perfect life—it means living an honest one. When we confess our sins to God and to trusted believers, we leave behind shame and experience the forgiveness, healing, and fellowship He desires for us.
The enemy wants us to keep our struggles hidden. Jesus invites us to bring them into the light.
Today, ask yourself: Is there anything I’ve been keeping in the dark that God is calling me to surrender?
“If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.” — 1 John 1:9

One of the greatest joys of discipleship is watching those you’ve invested in go on to invest in others.
We’re celebrating the release of Authentic Masculinity by Seth Troutt —a man who has been mentored and coached for years by members of the Developing Workers team.
This book is more than a resource; it’s a reflection of a life shaped by discipleship. Each chapter includes questions designed to encourage deeper reflection, spiritual growth, and a closer walk with Jesus.
Today, Seth is living out the same model that was poured into him by mentoring and discipling others.
This is why we do what we do.
Discipleship happens up close, personal, and over time—and its impact reaches far beyond what we can imagine. We’re grateful to celebrate this milestone and the ongoing legacy of disciple-making.
