2025 Reflection | An Unexpected Strategic
Partner | TO 2026
As a verbal thinker, in 2025, I developed a collaborative partner, that started with ChatGPT and what started as a brainstorming tool became a catalyst for sharper strategy, bolder ideas, and real momentum.
We mapped partnership ecosystems, refined outreach, stress-tested concepts, and turned loose ideas into executable plans. The result?
Over 1,500 meaningful contacts, strengthened business relationships, and partnerships rooted in shared value, not just transactions. Thank you for all of those who have believed in me 2025. I am so grateful to call you friends and partners!
The biggest lesson I'm carrying into the new year is simple and non-negotiable: "If you care about people where they are, the money will come."
Growth follows trust. Scale follows service.
Happy 2026 everybody!
As we step into the new year, I'm excited for what's ahead: smarter collaboration with you (my community), more concrete partnerships, and business ideas that are human-centered and impact-driven. This year is going to be a kick a$$ season for all of us!

There is something I love about Christmas lights. Maybe it's that they all look like magical fairies that engineers blipped into existence... none the less I fall inlove every year with them! Happy start of December!

When was the last time you experienced true community?

For me? When people and purpose align, magic happens. Literal MAGIC!
This year, Sabrina Perez, M.ASCE, Client Development Manager, at Terracon has supported A&A - PHX Job Corps with connecting our students to local opportunities in their trades.

That kind of support builds community, just like they are doing now for Big Dig for Kids-Phoenix Children's to raise critical funds for pediatric cancer care and allowing children to be kids!

Want to be part of the magic? When they achieve our goal of $2500! They will invite the $250 giver to experience the magic at Big Dig for kids exclusive event!

Goals:
75% remote job that pays comfort wages from anywhere
50% Travel in and out of the country
Company encourages Exploration

Thing I've learned...Hate only goes so far in recognition.
Loving people as they are brings the greatest abundance!!
It's not the love of money but love brings money and abundance!

The lesson of today:
If you don't ask, you won't know...
I knew this, but it has come up very rarely in any positive light.
I've been told ask forgiveness over permission.

As of now we got permission for an eventual conference room and individual offices... some things need to get worked out - somethings have to wait.

By asking and expressing our needs WITH possible solutions, allowed us to have a peace of mind for how we get to utilize space in the best way possible.

I'm so greatful for the leadership that had grace with me this week when we have had so many changes!
