The winter months are when RSV is commonly seen. I hope all families with small babies avoid this condition, because “unpleasant” doesn’t begin to describe it. Breastfeeding helps to avoid RSV, but it isn’t a full preventative. Breastfeed to give immunities to you baby, but do all you can to avoid exposure to this disease.
