It is five words. After you have done a real discovery after you have pulled out the pain and the hope and the emotion behind why they are even having this conversation you just ask “How are you feeling about what we are talking about here” and then you stop talking.

That one question does something no closing script can replicate because it invites the prospect to tell you exactly why they need to buy and when a prospect closes themselves the deal does not just get signed it gets signed without resistance without remorse and without them ever feeling sold.
