We hosted our very first Pilates retreat in Greece🇬🇷

A week of movement, connection, laughter, incredible conversations, beautiful food, breathtaking views, and the kind of moments that remind you to slow down and be fully present.

Watching a group of women arrive as strangers and leave with friendships, confidence, memories, and a renewed connection to themselves was something truly special.

There was Pilates sessions overlooking the sea, long dinners under the stars, swims, sunsets, and countless moments that we’ll carry with me for a very long time.

Our hearts are so full, and if we’re honest, we’re already wishing we could do it all over again!

The good news.. This is only the beginning.

Greece, you’ll always have a special place in our heart. 💙

And as for the next retreat... let’s just say we;re already looking into another beautiful European destination for 2027.
