What's something you've been putting off because it feels overwhelming?
For me, it's this pile of paperwork that's been building up for the last three weeks.
Not because I don't care about it.
Not because I'm lazy.
Honestly?
Every time I look at it, it feels bigger than it probably is.
I've noticed that's how overwhelm works sometimes.
The task doesn't change.
But our relationship to the task does.
My tiny experiment today is simple:
10 minutes.
Not finish it.
Not conquer it.
Just 10 minutes.

Joy isn’t always the big moments.
Sometimes it shows up in the smallest, most unexpected places — like a silly book and a sleepy cat.
A good conversation.
A favorite song.
A walk outside.
A laugh you didn’t see coming.
We spend so much time waiting for the next milestone that we miss the moments that make life feel meaningful right now.

Sometimes movement starts with what's already around you.
