Between the many holiday parties and simply trying to rest in this last month of pregnancy, I have decided to take this weekend off from meal prep. With that being said, I wanted to share this week’s zoodle recipe in case you need inspiration for cooking! Super easy to make while being light and filling at the same time! Happy Thanksgiving Week! I can’t believe it is this time of year already!
Because of the holiday, we will not be having new menu options this coming week. Let’s face it, most of us will have leftovers for days!
I am so grateful for all of you that have supported Simply Prepped this year. It has been a blessing to share my love for cooking food and trying new things with you!
I hope you enjoy time with families, friends who you call family, pets, and time to just disconnect from your daily routine. Reflect on your blessings and enjoy some of your family’s home cooked meals together. Wishing you all a safe and healthy holiday.
