For most of our group our week started in Red Lake Minnesota to serve as host drum for their Independence Day week day celebration then we traveled through the night Thursday night to make grand entry in Enoch Alberta for their celebration where we was fortunate to be asked to be host drum. We are grateful our travels were safe, as the saying goes “take care of the drum, the drum will take of you” we thank the committees who entrusted us to be their host drum for their celebrations. We like to provide the best sound we can, you rarely see us with a few guys.

Countless people came to the drum this past weekend, shared a story or two of our uncles and dads from when they traveled. Certain folk came forth in tears because of the songs that we sang. We are beyond thankful for the interactions we receive as we travel nationwide doing what we love. ❤️

We left the powwow abit early because we had to get on the road to Enoch. We would like to thank the Red lake powwow committee for inviting us to serve as one of your host drums for this years celebration! Amazing hospitality, and good vibes. It was awesome to come and sing in the home lands of Eyabay, one of our favorite drum groups growing up. Chi miigwetch and kinanaskomitin.
