Cravings arenโt always about willpower. Sometimes theyโre connected to hunger, hydration, habits, emotions, or how balanced your meals have been throughout the day.
Understanding the difference can help you make choices that leave you feeling more satisfied and energized.

๐ฑ Community is at the heart of everything we do.
We had a wonderful time participating in a recent community event designed for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
The program focused on introducing participants to outdoor recreation through engaging, hands-on experiences that encouraged exploration, social connection, and time spent in nature. It was inspiring to see so many individuals learning, interacting, and enjoying the outdoors together.
At Thrive & Rooted, we believe everyone should have access to opportunities that support wellness, confidence, and community connection.
Thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth to learn more about our organization and the programs we offer. We are grateful to be part of a community that values inclusion, accessibility, and lifelong learning.

๐ฑ Weโre excited to start sharing some of our favorite plant-based meals from local restaurants!
Whether itโs a date night or a family night out, weโll be highlighting dishes that make eating more plants easy and enjoyable. This time, it was Drunken Noodles with tofu for Jayme Williams โ and Fried Rice with tofu for John at Clever Koi Both were delicious!
