Sometimes when we rise — in healing, awareness, or vibration — not everyone rises with you.
Yoga teaches us that energy is contagious, and that every breath, every thought, every action shapes the frequency we live in.

As we begin moving from lower vibrations (fear, exhaustion, resentment) into higher ones (clarity, peace, love, freedom), there will always be those who try to piggyback on that light — or pull you back to where they feel most comfortable.

Be gentle, but be discerning.
You don’t owe anyone access to your energy just because they notice it glowing. Protect your peace.
Remember: compassion doesn’t mean self-sacrifice — it means conscious choice.

Keep breathing.
Keep grounding.
Keep choosing what lifts you higher. 🌿
Because when you rise, those who are ready will find their way beside you.
