Pride Health Institute is looking for a positive person who is a team player and passionate about helping others. Someone who has a remarkable memory, ability to think on their feet, prioritize what needs to be done, and to work proficiently in a healthy, friendly environment.

Responsibilities include:

Handling patient calls as appropriate.
Scheduling patient appointments.
Responding to patient texts & emails.
Collecting and documenting patient information accurately on our system.
Greeting patients/checking patients in and out.
Calculating patient’s financials.
Collecting co-payments and balances, etc. at time of service.
Scanning medical records.
Retention phone calls and texts.
Communicating and collaborating with other health team members.
All other duties as assigned by the Clinic Director.

Qualifications include:

Must be a resident of Arizona.
2-3 years of chiropractic/medical front office experience preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Office and computers in general.
Being efficient, productive, punctual, a team-player and able to multi-task is required.
Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Must have a track record of long term employment.
English/Spanish bilingual is a plus.
