Did you know that your feet can also grow in size during your pregnancy?
Growing a baby brings so many changes to your body. And as your stomach grows in size you need to make sure that you are keeping balance. You need to keep your core engaged and have strong feet. That all starts with taking care of what shoes you are wearing. One company to look at if you find that you need to buy a new pair of shoes is Xero shoes. Recently Xero shoe gave me a free pair of their new boots the Tari. And let me tell you I loved them!
The Tari are so stinking cute! A huge plus is that you won’t injure yourself like you could if you’re wearing heals that put you at an incline, possibly throwing your hip and uterus off of alignment.
In your pregnancy you need to take care of yourself inside and out. And that includes a good pair of shoes.
I highly recommend Xero shoes and with fall just around the corner these boots will be my go to.

Hey y’all! I don’t think I’ve ever done a get to know me post on here. With it being world doula week I thought it would be a good time to tell you who I am and why I think the way I do.

🌿 I became a doula at 18. That’s what I did instead of college. I’m so glad that I did that, I love the knowledge that I’ve gained so young and have always loved this birth world.

🌿I was a florist for two years as well! After 3 years being a full time doula I went part time as a doula and was a full time florist. I LOVED IT!

🌿I’m certified through Doula training international, the madriella doula labor support program, and did a four month internship with a doula in Houston TX. Plus a number of extra workshops.

🌿I meet my husband and married him in the span of 6 months. BEST. THING. I. HAVE. EVER. DONE.

🌿Last but most importantly, God has saved me from a life as a sinner by sending his only Son to pay for my debt of sin.
