OFF EVERY FRIDAY-SUNDAY! No Mandatory overtime.
PTO available after 60 days and paid Vacation after your first year.
Compensation increases available throughout the company.

Coordinates the day-to-day operations to ensure maximum production of machines.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Prepare and operate machines to perform tasks
• Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality
• Follow instructions, processes, procedures and standard work for specific machines
• Set machines to complete full cycles to fabricate parts
• Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed properly
• Comply with policies, guidelines and regulatory requirements
• Report problems with quality, processes, equipment and materials to Supervisor
• Maintains a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions
• Perform other related duties as assigned

48 years ago the MAys COmpany, Maco Manufacturing, was founded by Byron Lee Mays. Mr. Mays was the heart of our company and his spirit will forever be alive in our plant.
While we are deeply saddened by his passing, we are humbly proud to be apart of the legacy he leaves behind.

We are working on opening our very first showroom here at our Maco plant! To share our excitement for the grand opening, we are sharing one of the many new and improved units the showroom will feature.
Shown in the pictures below are two of our mobile EMBDD3635 cabinets with some added flare. Not only can they now connect with other units and have upgraded pull handle options, but they also showcase beautiful five panel doors and a stunning Thinscape solid, floating top!!
