Hello June...in most places the weather is warming up and we are spending more time outdoors. Whether you are swimming or gardening please remember sunscreen is your friend.

I like keeping track of my steps and according to your posts I know I’m not the only one. It’s really satisfying to say I hit my goal or to have one of those days where 14,000 steps stacked up easily. But what about all the other information that comes along with our devices.

Let’s take a look into the top four and what they are best at recording. The Fitbit, Oura Ring, Whoop and the Apple Watch. This isn’t about which one is best; it’s about which one is best for you.

One thing I discovered while researching these devices is that they all track many of the same things: steps, sleep, heart rate, HRV, and recovery. The more you enjoy the movement, the more likely you are to keep doing it. 💪🏼

This season, focus less on burning calories and more on creating memories, getting fresh air, and finding activities that make you feel good.
