This is a unique property. Owners have been trying to downsize their involvement to have more time to focus on family. We are not in a hurry so finding the right cultural fit is very important.

You’ll be responsible for upkeep, as well as anything you need to run your business, such as staffing, maintenance, operations, etc. We’ll be responsible for setting our expectations for the property and enjoying our horses, all of which will remain, along with a few long-time clients and friends, and a part-time trainer who works with those people. But our facility has always been big enough for multiple trainers.
