For more than 20 years, Operation Prom has empowered students by ensuring they have access to formal attire for one of high school’s most memorable milestones.
Throughout this journey, we discovered a growing need that extends far beyond prom. While many programs focus on mentoring high school students or supporting adults seeking employment, there remains a significant gap in services for young adults ages who are transitioning into college, the workforce, entrepreneurship, or skilled trades.
Prominent Pathways was created to address this need by providing professional development, career readiness, financial literacy, mentorship, internship opportunities, and professional attire in one supportive environment.

Beyond Prom – Operation Prom National Network Located in our showroom in White Plains, the Prominent Pathways Program provides free professional and business-casual attire to young adults entering the workforce, preparing for interviews, beginning internships, starting college, or seeking part-time employment.
