This week, our Co-Founder & CEO, Jerelyn Rodriguez Williams, was honored to join peers from local and global workforce development ecosystems on a panel at the JFF Horizons Summit: "What's Working for Workers in the Agentic AI Era."

For Jerelyn, it was an opportunity to learn from other leaders in the room, and just as important, to share how The Knowledge House is preparing learners for a changing economy β€” helping shape the broader conversation around what equitable, people-centered workforce development actually looks like as AI reshapes work.

The room: 1,600+ professionals from industry, government, nonprofit, and academia, all focused on making sure people, not just companies, come out ahead.

The part of the job that Reginald loved most was telling stories that helped clients see value. When the job market shifted, he didn't want to lose that β€” he wanted to build on it.

That's what brought him to data analytics: a field where technical skill and storytelling meet.

Reginald's story is a reminder that a pivot doesn't mean starting from zero. It means finding where your strengths already point.

Community in action means more than showing up β€” it means opening doors.

Earlier this month, TKH fellows visited Citi for a site visit centered on financial literacy and career development. Citi volunteers gave their time, shared real insight, and our fellows brought exactly the energy you’d expect β€” sharp questions, genuine curiosity, and a readiness to grow.

Thank you to Citi Foundation for being a true partner to our community. πŸ™Œ
A special thank you to Procurement Sciences, a Citi Impact Fund portfolio company, for joining us for an insightful fireside chat about the future of AI.
