Tech Tuesday: Protect Your Accounts With Login Alerts
Most major platforms like Google, Instagram, and banking apps let you get alerts anytime a new device logs into your account. It’s a quick and easy way to catch suspicious activity before it becomes a bigger issue.
On iPhone:
Settings → Your Name → Password & Security → Turn on security notifications and two-factor authentication
On Android:
Google Account → Security → Manage Devices / Security Alerts → Enable notifications
You’ll get notified if an unfamiliar device signs in, giving you the chance to secure your account immediately.
