I used to break my body just to feel like I was working hard. Big WODs, long recoveries, constant burnout.
Then I realized, consistency beats intensity every single time.
Now, I blend creativity with my movement. I swap the golf cart for a walk. I swap the high impact sprints for a camera, a hike, and a slow jog.
254 days straight on this streak. Started at 260 lbs, and now I’m 5 lbs away from the target. Slow down to speed up.
