BIDDING RULES......
REMINDER – This is the last week for the STALLION SERVICE AUCTION to benefit the COWBOYS' LEGACY SCHOLARSHIP FUND.
The auction will end Friday, March 31st with extended bidding at 5 pm Central Daylight Time (CDT). Here is how it will work;

ANNUAL STALLION SERVICE AUCTION
To Bid - Please post a bid under the comment section of the stallion of your choice. Bids are to me made in $50 increments.
BIDDING PROCESS
Ø The bidding session for each stallion service will go on for approximately 5 minutes.
Ø We shall start with lot #1 and ask for the final or last call for bids. If 3 minutes lapse without bids, that particular stallion service will be closed to the highest bidder and move on to lot #2.
Ø The process will continue in the same manner until we are done with all lots.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Ø The winners will be emailed a purchase agreement and all payments (Paypal, Venmo, or personal check) the following day after the sale.
Ø The winners of bids will have 10 days to complete the payments. If payments are not made in 10 days, the stallion service will be offered to the next highest bidder.
ITEM DESCRIPTIONS
Ø The buyers are encouraged to read ALL the ads and get all the details.
Ø The buyer will be responsible for chute, collection, and shipping fees as noted by the stallion owner.
Ø Most stallions can be used for the 2023 or 2024 breeding season.
Ø Please read the ad and ask questions if not sure.
Again, we sincerely express our gratitude to everyone who made efforts to raise awareness about our foundation. Our scholarship program has gained momentum, and in the near future, scholarship opportunities and various sportsmanship memorial awards will be presented at approved organizations events in memory of our fallen heroes.
