The Three Rivers Chamber of Commerce is excited to welcome a sweet new addition to our community—Cherry On Top Bake Shop!

What started over 10 years ago as a home-based baking passion has now grown into a full storefront, soon opening right here in the City Square in downtown Three Rivers, located in the STX Creative Printing building.

Owner Charity Flores discovered her love for baking at a young age, making treats for her Sunday school class and baking her first cake at just 12 years old. Over the years, that passion has turned into a thriving business, specializing in:

🍰 Custom & specialty cakes (weddings, quinceañeras, and events)
🧁 Fresh daily desserts like cupcakes, cookies, cake pops, and cheesecake
🍓 Trending treats like chocolate-covered strawberry cups
🥪 Lunch offerings including deli-style sandwiches and hot meals
🍱 Catering options such as charcuterie boards and grazing tables
🥤 Fun drink options like coffees and “dirty sodas”

Adding to the charm of the shop, her mother will be joining her in the space, bringing a unique retail section that will feature name-brand items such as shoes, purses, clothing, toys, and more—creating a welcoming spot with a little something for everyone.

While an official opening date is still in the works, the team is actively preparing the space and looks forward to welcoming customers very soon. Be on the lookout for their grand opening and ribbon cutting in the coming weeks!
