AVS Elevator: We would like to update you on responding to the rapidly changing environment caused by the continued spreading of coronavirus (COVID-19). We feel well prepared to maintain all of our functions with Social Distancing Employed and we acknowledge there may be needed adjustments along the way as we, along with you, navigate through these unprecedented times. Effective Wednesday, March 16th, 2020: The Majority of the AVS team members will be working remotely until further notice. We continue to monitor Oregon mandates and will act accordingly. Please rest assured that we are confident that we have the technology and committed team members needed to maintain Home to High-Rise Care ™ with Social Distancing Employed.

****Note: The State of Oregon BCD is maintaining its Elevator division code compliance to remain fully enforced with no changes to the required testing requirements including: ASME A17.1 & 2 - ASME A18 Minimum maintenance test standards.

****Pending Proposals: AVS is offering a discount for qualifying proposals during this time.

A few items to note:
The methods of reaching us remain the same - our email addresses and phone numbers have not changed.
Hours of operation remain the same with support available 24 hours a day from Home to High-Rise ™ .
Business travel has been ceased except in very limited circumstances in order to protect our employees.
We remain dedicated to our customer relationships. If we need to adjust how an engagement is approached due to changing requirements on either end, we will work with you to make sure all your needs are met.
