Timnath Police Moving to 24/7 Staffing Starting July 1

Starting July 1, the Timnath Police Department will transition to 24/7 staffing to enhance the safety and security of the community, continuing its partnership with the Larimer County Sheriff’s Office for dispatch support. This move comes in response to the 2018 Citizen Survey, where public safety was identified as a priority, and residents expressed the need for expanded police coverage. The successful recruitment of additional officers has enabled the implementation of this round-the-clock service, reflecting the Town's commitment to maintaining Timnath as one of the safest places in Northern Colorado.
