I have 2 openings in my teletherapy Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy group on zoom on Wednesday evenings:

You are invited to join the Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy group on Wed night for women and men from 7 to 8:15 pm EST using Zoom.

The group is a community of individuals who are going through life changes and who may be experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, isolation, or simply need support to grow personally, take risks, and make necessary changes.

It combines the principles of cognitive therapy with meditative practices and developing attitudes based on the cultivation of mindfulness.

I take most major medical insurances including Medicare but I do not accept Medicaid.

I am licensed in MD, VA, DC, & WV.
