I've decided to take control of my physical health again and make it a priority. The things that worked for me in the past were public accountability and progress reporting. I always feel like when I'm honest with myself and I speak my goals and my small victories out loud... they become more real.

Anyone who would like to join me on this path, I would welcome it again. I've lost massive weight, two times in my life. I need to do a better job of finding that good healthy balance that I can maintain, after the fact. That will be my focus once I'm in a complete groove.

For now... I've started with daily walks, utilizing the walk...jog...walk method that helped me go from a half mile, to a half marathon, after tearing my achilles. I'm cleaning out the bread and sugar from my diet. Not eating after dinner. These small but meaningful changes will propel me into bigger goals in the coming months. It's all about creating the habit, again.

I've got to get healthier for me, for my family and for the future.

Consider this my public accountability.
