ATCO Fasteners is looking for a reliable, hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our small, family-owned team in Toano.

We’re not just looking for someone to fill a job — we’re looking for someone who takes initiative, takes pride in their work, and wants to grow with us. For the right person, this role could develop into a Warehouse Manager position.

💼 What You'll Do
• Fill customer orders and assist walk-in customers
• Operate a forklift and stock shelves
• Receive and unload deliveries
• Help organize inventory and improve warehouse procedures
• Keep the warehouse clean and efficient
• Occasionally make local deliveries

✅ What We’re Looking For
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Strong attention to detail
• Good customer service skills
• Self-motivated and willing to take initiative
• Team player attitude
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
• Valid driver’s license required
• Forklift experience a plus (training available)
