I will post here since you have turned off commenting on the sladerous post about my husband and I, as well as our business.

WOW Earl! That is amazing…I did not even know we sold drugs here at 403 EATS. But did see you removed that part of your rant after the moderator told you should.
Why did you fail to mention that you used to work here and sat 15 feet from the speakers and had no problem. You also don’t mention we had your kids employed here.
Why not tell everyone you went to our neighbors to “get information” on us? You then went to City Council and lied to them saying our neighbors hated us. You went there under the pretense of getting a quote from then and then stood up and bold face lied. I have the letter our neighbors wrote to say you lied.
You also didn’t mention the police do come here every time you call and have not found a violation. The police must look into any complaint even if it is unfounded. You repeatedly call them to harass us and hurt our reputation. They go to your house or Texaco when you don’t want them to know where you live or who you are. They check the decibels. We drive around all over downtown to check the sound levels during every concert. We went to great lengths to reduce sound by totally surrounding our place.
You have also never attempted to talk to us. Yes, we did stop by your house after you publicly stood up against us. We wanted to see what could be done. Instead, we got a call from Tomball PD saying you called and said we harassed your wife and told them to inform us not to try and contact you or go by your house.
