With unwavering determination and grit, Sylvia transformed a small corner of Tomball, Texas into a vibrant gathering place, where the sweet scent of BBQ and warm hospitality brought people together. Since 1984, the Original Rib Tickler has been a family-driven institution, with Sylvia's loved ones at its core. As the restaurant grew, Sylvia remained steadfast in her commitment to nurturing her community, generously supporting local events and causes. Her selflessness and compassion have inspired a devoted following, with many employees staying for over 20 years.
