Job Description:
- Primary focus on technical recruitment
- Identify potential candidates for opportunities
- Convince candidates to participate in the screening process
- Convert vacancies to closed positions single-handedly
- Draft and implement HR policies
- Create & manage Health Insurance Policy and Claims
- Create & manage compensation and benefits policy of employees
Requirements:
- Proven record of Technical Recruitment having lead the process of onboarding at least 10 Senior level positions
- Extensive reach in software development candidates of mid / senior level
- Good negotiation skills
- Extrovert personality
- Experience in working with Health Insurance vendors
- Good market research skills to identify salaries / packages / perks of JDs in industry
- Extensive experience in recruiting within the Software Industry
- Extensive network to reach potential candidates
