Great turnout at today’s co-living tour.

Thanks to everyone who came out to walk the property with us and ask such thoughtful questions. We had some really good conversations about housing, design, and where this model fits in today’s market.

For anyone not familiar with co-living, it offers furnished, all-inclusive rooms with shared common spaces. Models like PadSplit are getting more attention because they can create a more affordable housing option while also giving owners and operators a different way to think about residential real estate.

A few things stood out today:

• There is real demand for affordable, flexible housing
• Property design plays a big role in creating community
• More people are paying attention to co-living as part of the housing conversation
