URETEK injected structural polyurethane through penny-sized access holes — sealing leaks, filling voids, and restoring backfill support along 215 linear feet. Full turbidity monitoring and environmental compliance throughout.

The corridor reopened 15 minutes after the final injection.

A Florida marina seawall was slowly losing ground — tidal action pushing water through aging joints and washing out the embankment beneath a busy public waterfront promenade. The void condition was a public safety risk, not just an infrastructure concern.
