JMD was excited to participate in Day with an Engineer recently, sponsored by the Buffalo Section of the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME) and the Girl Scouts of Western New York. We built a model to demonstrate where water goes when you flush your toilet and when it rains! The girls really enjoyed "flushing" yellow water and chocolate sprinkles 💩 down the sewer and seeing it go through the "treatment plant"!

It has been a ridiculously busy year at JMD and we've grown almost exponentially. It's been hard to keep up with our new additions! Over the past several months we've added two recent UB grads - Lily and Zeke who bring awesome potential to our growing firm, as well as three experienced staffers - Jessica, Nick, and Jake who have been instrumental in expanding our experience base. Welcome aboard all!

JMD is proud to be celebrating our 10th anniversary today! It's been a wild ride so far... Thanks to all our family, friends, supporters, and clients - we wouldn't have made it this far with out you! Here's to many more years to come!
