We’ve done pretty dang good and it’s a great feeling. All of our staff over the years, even those that I may disagree with, at some point put a lot of energy into this place and it really shows! Thank you for that. You all know who you are.

If you need a gym that tries to be exactly like us. Has the exact same colors, they are also WNY Premier Fitness Facility just like us, and they also host Chase Tag, Tumbling, and FreeFrunFridays! Coach Liz learned everything she knows here at BAMF! They even have some of our obstacles😂

Unfortunately no one at that facility has been on American Ninja Warrior, World Chase Tag, American Tarzan, served in the military or even has a personal training certification.
