Hi guys : I have a small facility in north Alabama that my wife been running , she can’t work anymore and looking for someone to work her place, we have about 200 units , my wife use to work 3-4 hours a day . How much I need to offer someone experience or non experienced to be fair ? Anyone have any helpful thoughts I appreciate .
